Our MB series mobile concrete plants are equipped with the mixer imported from Turkey MEKA, and the ancillary equipment purchased in China. They can be transported conveniently with multiple transportation modes available. The concrete plant utilizes advanced mixer and automatic control system. All the electronic control components are imported from SIEMENS and have reliable performance. Besides, the motor control center and command panel can work well under high load production and various electronic protecting devices are equipped. Also, simulation operation can be realized.
Our mobile concrete mixer plant comes in two models, which are MB100M and MB60M. Their production capacities are respectively 100m3/h and 60m3/h. These products are provided with traction pin, axle, taillight, and brake system. Four wheels are installed on the rear part for smooth movement, and the speed can reach 90 km/h. The whole mobile concrete plant can be installed and put into production in 5 days, and also can be used repeatedly. All auxiliary equipments can be purchased in China, which are more competitively-priced. Furthermore, our complete services will greatly reduce your labor costs and costs of wearing parts.

Basic Automatic Control System
Command and control operations are done by SIEMENS PLC. Through advanced PLC programs and error control algorithms, the system can achieve maximum outputs high sensitive dosage and dosage sensitivity.
Visual and control based on C7-635 system with integrated CPU S7-314C-2DP PLC and SIMATIC HMI panel.
Remote control stations, electrical installation devices and sensors are purchased from SIEMENS. Through simulation operation system, staffs can master the operation quickly and safely, without any material being omitted.
Improving the yield and quality by SIEMENS technique and program
All kinds of parameter setup, receipt and calibration operations can be done on operators' panel screen. Also, process, productivity and error all can be taken.
Manual and automatic operation can be realized on illuminated simulation diagram. Voltage and current value also can be tracked by control board with digital indicators.
MCC and command panel can work well under high load production and have various kinds of electronic protecting devices.

Computerized Command and Control (SCADA) System
All command and control operations, as well as reports and fault indication, all can be finished by PC monitors and animation support with NOTEBOOK (LAPTOP), printer, UPS and SCADA software. It can prepare the desired amount of receipt, store clients and truck information, and show the output of last year.

Automatic Lubrication System
Distribution module sensors can detect whether the lubricant is up to lubrication point, if the lubricant does not reach lubrication points, the computer screen will display warning messages.
